Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, identifying issues and proposing solutions for repairs or replacements.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate installation and repair projects.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, services provided, and time spent on each job.
• Educate clients on proper operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, providing recommendations for maximizing efficiency and longevity.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, technologies, and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Certification or licensure in HVAC installation and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
