We are very pleased with our mini split system designed and installed by AGS. The owner, Mike Sr., came to our house and we discussed what my wife and I wanted to accomplish. The system they designed and installed has worked wonderfully for both heat and a/c. We have one outdoor compressor handling four rooms. Each room had its unique problem requiring three different indoor air handling units. AGS said they would be able to start our project in two weeks and they did, actually a day early. Not having to chase down a contractor is a blessing. Everyone in the office and the installers on the job were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Rachel in the office was a particular delight. AGS pricing is competitive. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC system!

When AC season began I noticed the two AC units in my home were not working properly. It is a newly remodeled home. Apparently, there were some errors made when the units were installed (not by AGS). The original vendor never returned my calls. I asked around to get other recommendations and AGS was recommended to me. I called them and they had someone out to my home within 24 hours. The service was excellent. They also called to follow up to make sure everything was working okay which is very unusual. I called to set up routine maintenance and the ladies in the office were extremely friendly. So unusual to find this level of service today. If my experience is typical, you can't go wrong using AGS!!

AGS did a whole home installation and removal of old system for me. They were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly reliable. This is a family run operation that is well-organized, value their employees as well as their customers. This was a big job. I had the experience with working with them for 2 weeks. I could leave them in my home and felt comfortable. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful to the property and my family. On top of their great workmanship, they are affordable, work with the top of the line equipment, and stand by their work.

This is an investment you do not want to skimp on. Go with the best equipment and installers AGS. Getting an improper install, and faulty equipment will cost you way more in the long run and can even lead to far more issues than just a dent in your wallet. This is the air that is flowing through your home, regulating your humidity, and heating your home.

I recently used AGS to replace my furnace and, at the same time, install central AC in my home. They responded immediately and showed up within 24 hours to take a look at my existing setup, took some measurements and photos, and provided me with a formal quote the next day. The quote was very detailed, including three configuration options (different costs and efficiency levels), and pictures of all the system components. After I selected what I wanted, Rachael reviewed the logistics for the project— from removal of the old furnace to the install of the new units, how long it would take, how loud it would be (I work from home), and other items — it all went exactly as she said. I was pleasantly surprised on the first day when I received a text message letting me know that my AGS installer was due to arrive at a certain time, and another saying when he was en route. That continued for all of the days of the install (3), so I knew exactly when they would be arriving. As the work wrapped up, I was left with zero unanswered questions because the crew continually checked in with me throughout the process, including a walk-through of my new digital thermostat and the companion mobile app that allows me to control my home temperature from wherever I am. I’m so impressed with this company— the entire crew was professional, helpful, clean, and polite. Everything they installed looks great and works flawlessly… it has made such an improvement to the comfort level in my home. Best of all: no more window ACs!

I’m not one to write reviews but AGS is just one of those companies that are so dedicated to their trade and customer service. I contacted AGS and spoke to Rachel who set me up with an appointment the next day to have my AC condenser troubleshooted and even followed up with me! Josh came out and he was prompt and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’ve had other companies come out and all of them told me that they couldn’t fix my AC but not Josh.
