Michael Gamache Sr.

Mike Sr. is the Vice President and co-founder of AGS HVAC Services. He began his journey in the sheet metal trade in 1984, after graduating from Diman Vocational High School. From there, he started his career in a shipyard, leveraging his sheet metal experience for Navy and Coast Guard ships. Mike later worked in residential installation, eventually becoming a commercial service tech in 2000. He created AGS along with friend and co-founder John Slattery in 2014—after the pair grew tired of the poor service and endless excuses they saw at other companies. He is pleased to have watched AGS grow over the years, all while valuing his customers and techs. A five-time winner of Bryant Heating and Cooling’s Medal of Excellence, earning his place as a holder of the Pinnacle Award. Outside the office, you can find him riding his motorcycle.
